Please be sure to read the Important information below.

- It is important that you arrive promptly to check-in and get settled before we begin our practice. (Refer to event page for arrival/start time)

Please be advised, late admittance will not be permitted once we begin our practice.

-To preserve an atmosphere of calm and to be respectful of others, please enter with the same etiquette that you would enter a venue such as a spa. Please turn your phone off upon arrival and tuck it away.

-It is advised to avoid a big meal at least 2 hours prior to practice.

-Please dress comfortably (layers and socks are recommended. You may find that you get warm and/or chilly during a session).

 What to bring:

  • A journal & pen/pencil

  • Water

You may also wish to bring:

  • We will be sitting and lying on the floor; yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be available, but you may wish to bring your own. A small pillow or blanket to support your head or under your knees is definitely useful. You’ll want to make a cozy comfortable space for yourself to have the best experience.

  • An eye (sleep) mask is highly recommended. I will have several available if you would like to borrow one.

  • You may find that your nose and lips get dry during breathwork; we’re moving a lot of air ladies! I like to use a saline nose spray and chapstick before I begin. Totally not necessary but may make you more comfortable.

Other than that, please just come prepared to connect, have fun and expand your well-being.

Please read below for medical conditions that are not compatible with doing this type of breathwork. Out of an abundance of caution, if you have any questions about specific health issues you have, please consult your physician beforehand.

Olivia is a ridiculous dancer, exuberant off-key singer, maker of awkward moments, incessant hugger and teller of many colorful “I’ll try anything once” stories. Basically, she’s ridiculous & fun.

Also, Olivia likes to talk about herself in the third person because it makes her feel special. Thanks for listening.
