Breathwork & Tea/Cacao Ceremony
Experience the magic of breathwork paired with that euphoric cacao mood!
We’ll begin with a Cacao Gratitude Ceremony to create a feeling of Focused Energy & Great Calm.
~We use ceremonial grade cacao, which is minimally processed and retains all of its powerful plant medicine such as; a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Ceremonial grade cacao also increases blood flow and induces the release of feel-good endorphins.
We will then embark on a powerful Guided Breathwork Journey.
~You will be guided by Olivia, (a certified breathwork facilitator) through a ~60 minute rhythmic breathwork session paired with powerful music.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring any items you wish to make yourself a comfortable seat on the floor such as a yoga mat, blankets, bolster, small pillows, etc. We will have chairs available for those who are unable to lie on the floor comfortably.
Eye masks are highly recommended. I will have a few extra available if you wish to borrow one.
Chapstick is a good idea as well as saline nasal drops to keep your mouth and nose from getting dry.
Dress in comfortable layers. Socks highly recommended.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be offered a store credit which can be used on future purchases at Flourish. Cancellations within 48 hours will be offered a credit only if your spot can be filled. No shows are not eligible for a credit.
